Submissions - Posters
Guidelines for submitting posters:
- Deadline for submitting short papers is 18 February 2011 - EXTENDED DEAD-LINE, 28 February, 2011
- Short paper submissions should follow the ACM guidelines (download Word template - instructions when using LaTeX).
- Submissions must be made via the conference submission system
- Notification of authors for posters is expected to start 18 March 2011.
Posters are intended for presenting preliminary results or work in progress. They are submitted and published in the adjunct proceedings as paper, but are displayed as a poster at the conference. During a special Poster Session, you will have the opportunity to explain your work to other conference attendees.
Posters should be submitted in the form of a short paper of maximum of 4 pages (including figures and references). Poster papers must be submitted in PDF format and anonymised - please remove names and affiliations from the first page and any other material that would allow authorship to be easily identified by the reviewers. When submitting your poster paper, you will have to choose one of four sub-tracks to submit your work to: "Human Computer Interaction", "Media, Social and Economic Studies", "Systems and Enabling Technologies" and “Interactive Content & Arts”, in order to ensure an optimal review process. A description of each track can be found on the submissions page.
After acceptance, a final, revised camera ready version of the paper will be required in electronic form for publication in the proceedings. At the conference you will have a 97cm x 147cm poster board, suitable for a poster up to A0 format, to display your work in a Poster Session.
